Why not just use AI to design it myself?
AI is good at quick drafts. It can't tell you which draft is right for your business, and it won't keep your social posts, website and print feeling like one brand. That judgment is what the membership is for.
How fast will I get my designs?
Most requests are delivered in about 48 hours. Larger work, such as a multi-page site update, is split into stages delivered every 24 to 48 hours.
How do I submit requests?
You get a shared request board. Add a request in writing, share a reference link or record a short video walkthrough, whichever is easiest.
How many requests can I add?
As many as you like. Your queue holds them in the order you choose, and one is worked on at a time.
Can you design a new logo or brand from scratch?
New identities and brand strategy are projects, not membership requests. Those run through Tony Does Design, starting at $2,500. The membership is for brands that already have that foundation.
What if I don't love the first design?
It gets revised until you do. Revisions on the active request are part of the membership.
Can I pause my membership?
Yes. Billing runs on a 31-day cycle, and any days left when you pause carry over to when you come back.
What if I only need one thing?
Join for as long as you need, then pause or cancel. There's no minimum commitment.
